People into Action isn't about the extraordinary but rather the ordinary. Everyday people getting on with the job, but adding something extra. 

Why is People into Action worth doing?

First and foremost because we think it's worth recognising ordinary people who do the extraordinary without being asked; who give you that little bit extra; who naturally help and support others; who think about things that bit harder and try to do things better. People who care what impact their behaviour has on others and who are, fundamentally, people we may respect for standing out in one way or another.
