				<p class="intro-blue">You don't have to work for Land Securities to be a People into Action winner or nominator!</p>
<p>We are carrying on the traditions that originated with the Values into Action scheme and hope that the People into Action scheme will be more accessible and have a wider scope into the future.</p>
<h3>The People into Action categories are:-</h3>

<li>Corporate Responsibility</li>
<li>Environmental</li>
<li>Team</li>
</ul>
<p>All nominations are welcome and encouraged, from the Senior Management Board down - the only person who is not able to nominate is the CEO. Both individuals and teams either working as Land Securities employees, service partners, customers, contractors or temporary workers can nominate or be nominated. The important thing is that you give us as much information as you can on why they deserve to win. Giving examples always helps to really bring a nomination to life and attract the judges attention.</p>
<p class="intro-blue">How do we select the winners?</p>
<p>All nominations will be initially reviewed by a small judging panel on submission, if there are any questions regarding the submission this initial panel will ask the nominator for clarification. Every four months the previous People into Action winners and their nominators are invited to our head office at 5 Strand, London for a celebratory meal and their prize giving with members of the Senior Management Board. Prior to this meal they form a judging panel to select the next winners.</p>
<p>At the end of the year all the winners go through to the annual final of the People into Action awards. One winner will be chosen for each category. The annual judging session takes place prior to the announcement of the awards. The panel consists of the Group Chief Executive, another representative of the senior management board and at least four other Senior Executives from across our business. Each entry is measured against the value behaviours for the relevant categories and the impact that the nomination has on the business.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="intro-blue">What's in it for the winners?</p>
<p>Everyone who participates in People into Action will be recognised and rewarded. All nominees (individuals and every team member for a team award) receive a People into Action nomination certificate in an elegant photo frame and personally addressed letter from Francis Salway - Chief Executive Officer.</p>
<p>Winners selected by the judging panel will also a Tiffany gift of their choice, presented at the next winner's lunch. Team winners of teams up to four members will receive a Tiffany gift; over four members will receive team meal or activity of &pound;350.</p>
<p>We would also like to thank the nominators, as this programme would be nothing without them. All nominators receive a personalised email thanking them for their time and effort. If their nominee ultimately becomes a winner, nominators will be invited to the judging session, the special People into Action lunch and invited to the annual dinner held in London in January.</p>
<p>The annual prizes for the overall winners are &pound;1,500 in travel or shopping vouchers for the winners of each category and &pound;1,500 in travel or shopping voucher to the overall team winner, to be split between the team.</p>
